Your child must be registered
by April 13, 2010. Late registrations will NOT be accepted this
year due to changes in the BICYFL
league rules.

Cost of registration:
Ages 7 - 12 - $50.00 Football Players ($80 standard cost less
2010 discount of $30)
Ages 7 - 12 - $45.00 Cheerleaders ($70 standard cost less 2010
discount of $25)
Ages 5 - 6
- $20.00 Flag Football ($35 standard cost less 2010 discount of
$15)
Ages 5 - 6
- $20.00 Flag Cheerleaders ($35 standard cost less 2010 discount
of $15)
$35.00 Jersey fee for new players or for jersey re-orders (football
jersey order form  )
Age is as of September 1, 2010
Fundraiser:
$50.00 is due at registration
Mandatory Raffle (one per family) 10 tickets @ $5.00 each

Physicals will be required,
however, you will have until practices begin in August to hand
in the form. You may also mail them to the post office box if
you wish. Additionally, please provide a copy of
your child's birth certificate.

Child Abuse and Background Check
, Child abuse and background checks are required this year for
all coaches. The league will reimburse you once the information is given
to the board.
Criminal background check go to the following site:
https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp, then select "Submit new
a new record check"
You can request your own record check and pay $10.00 online.
Within 10 -
14 days the result will be sent to you via email.
Child abuse checks must be done through the PA Child Welfare department
at site:

CY113 and print. This application must be mailed into the
state with a copy of the Criminal background result and a $10.00 money
order only. Results will be mailed to the applicant within 14 days.
A copy of the child abuse and background check should be given to
the Twin Valley Football president before or during the first day of practice.
New Flag and new Might Mighty Mites coaches and assistant
coaches may provide the criminal background checks to the
president before the week two of the season.
If this information has already been completed due to employment, please
request a copy from your employer. |
